Welcome
Still Standing Grief and Trauma Coaching, LLC was founded by Coach Tausha Dorsey, NCCPSS, after the tragic loss of her son Bryan. Combining lived experience, compassion, trauma-informed peer support, and the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) approach, Tausha provides grief and trauma support that empowers individuals and families to identify their strengths, develop wellness tools, process loss, and create a path forward.
“Grief changes you. You do not have to be fixed or go back to who you were — you are still here, still living, still growing, still becoming.”
Our Philosophy
We do not measure progress by the absence of pain, and there is no finish line where you must prove you are finally “over it.” We walk alongside you — never ahead.
Carrying what has happened while continuing to participate in life. There is room for both grief and joy, missing and living.
Not gratitude for what happened — but learning your own tools, boundaries, voice, and choices about how you want to live.
Honoring who you were before, while making space for who you are now and who you are choosing to become.
