By using this website or booking a session with Still Standing Grief & Trauma Coaching, LLC, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Services are coaching and peer support provided by a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist. They are not clinical therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Booking and payment

Paid sessions and programs are reserved once payment is received through our secure checkout. Program fees are due before the program begins unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Life happens — if something urgent comes up, reach out and we will work with you.

Confidentiality and safety

What you share is treated with care and kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else. In an emergency, call 911 or 988.
